- The last puzzle (Floor 10): A riddle asks “What is the true ordeal?” The answer is not “Dragon” or “Darkness”. It is “Loss” (type: LOSS). This refers to the original Wizardry’s permanent death mechanic.

Reward: Sword of Truth (+15 vs. Undead).
The fourth ordeal takes place in a mysterious labyrinth filled with time distortions. Your goal is to navigate through the labyrinth and find the exit.
Floor 2 (The Armory)
- Layout: Spiral corridors leading to a large rectangular hall.
- Trap Danger: Random teleport tiles at (05,07) to (07,09). To bypass, move one step at a time and use Dumapic after each step.
- Boss: Wight Lord (Level 10 recommended)
- Before the final descent: fully stock consumables, repair/obtain best gear, max out levels if possible, and memorize boss mechanics.
- Keep multiple saves across key milestones: after clearing each ordeal and before the final boss.
