This app (Home Appliance Service System) is a diagnostic tool used by Samsung engineers to identify error codes and troubleshoot appliances like refrigerators and ACs.
Setup: Once downloaded, open the app and it will guide you through connecting to your local HASS server instance. On a Samsung Smart TV
- Open the App Store: Find the App Store icon on your iOS device and tap on it to open.
- Search for Samsung Health: Tap on the search tab at the bottom of the App Store screen and type "Samsung Health".
- Select the app: From the search results, select the "Samsung Health" app.
