Here’s a short write-up on how to view, play, and manage video captions (closed captions / subtitles) in Windows 10.

1. Switch between desktops: Use the Task View button or Windows key + Ctrl + D to switch between desktops.
2. Move windows between desktops: Drag and drop windows between desktops to organize your work.
