  • HP / Universal Print Driver (UPD): Not supported; use Toshiba’s driver only.
  • Scanning: The Windows built-in “Windows Scan” app works only after installing the Toshiba TWAIN/WIA driver.

  1. Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
