1. Locate the base Tentacle Mart v010 (original leak). This exists on archival sites like the Internet Archive under "tentacle_mart_beta_v010."
2. Download the community patch from the indie_horror_preservation Discord server. Look for the file named v010_strange_girl_fix.7z.
3. Apply the patch by overwriting the game.exe and resources.dat files.
4. Play with headphones. Set your system clock to after midnight (the game checks your local time).
5. Do not skip the tutorial shift. The Strange Girl only appears on Shift 3.
