Abstract This paper explores the emerging adult parlor game variant Strip Rock-Paper-Scissors: Ghost Edition (SRPS:GE). By extrapolating the traditional zero-sum mechanics of Rock-Paper-Scissors (RPS) into a gamified shedding of physical garments and the introduction of "ghost" mechanics—representing the absence of a player, a loss of a turn, or a metaphysical penalty—SRPS:GE creates a unique framework. This paper deconstructs the game’s mechanics, analyzes the psychological impact of synchronous vulnerability, and examines the "Ghost Edition" as a post-modern commentary on presence, absence, and consent within competitive play.
