What Is the Adjustment Program?
The Epson Adjustment Program (also called the Resetter Tool or Service Program) is a proprietary software utility used to access the printer’s service mode. Unlike standard drivers or maintenance tools, this program allows technicians to reset internal counters, perform mechanical adjustments, and clear specific error states that normal user menus cannot resolve.
Resetting the software does not physically clean the ink pads.
