Renault Visu is not user-friendly. It was built for technicians who do this 40 hours a week. But for the home mechanic who loves the French brand, it is the only way to avoid throwing parts at a problem. B-codes: Usually indicate fuses or protection devices

• C-codes: Denote connectors. Visu allows you to click these to see the pinout view (a drawing of the physical plug), showing exactly which pin corresponds to which wire.
• M-codes: Represent Ground (Earth) points. This is arguably the most critical feature, as 80% of electrical faults are ground-related. Visu shows you the physical location of the ground point on the chassis, often referencing the specific area of the car (e.g., "Left A-Pillar").

Step 4: View the "Connector View." Click on the driver’s door connector (e.g., M032). VISU shows you a 3D or realistic 2D image of the connector face. It tells you: Pin 1 = 12V permanent, Pin 2 = Ground, Pin 3 = Up signal, Pin 4 = Down signal.
