Work [upd] — Obdwiz License Key
To get your OBDwiz software up and running, you'll need to activate it using a license key or an activation code. Depending on your version and how you received the software, there are a few ways to find and use these keys. 1. Where to Find Your License Key
An OBDWiz license key is a unique code that unlocks the full features of the OBDWiz software. The license key is required to activate the software and access its advanced features, including:
- Fix: Temporarily disable your firewall/antivirus. Activate OBDwiz, then re-enable protection. Add OBDwiz.exe to the exception list.
Always download the correct version for your key.

- It will not work with ScanXL.
- It will not unlock newer “OBDwiz 6” (if you upgrade).
- It remains valid for OBDwiz 5.x downloads (available from archive sections on the OBD Software website).
