Act I — Roots & Rise:
- T-Pain as Shaud Jones: The straight man, who also narrates the special via Auto-Tuned inner monologues.
- Lil' Jon as Himself: The de facto villain/deity of the festival, shouting "YEAH!" and "WHAT?!" as a literal plot device. He even sings a power ballad.
- Snoop Dogg as The Mayor: A corrupt, perpetually stoned politician who tries to stop the festival by locking himself in a porta-potty.
- CeeLo Green as The Delinquent: A smooth-talking, violent drug dealer who sings a gospel-infused ode to getting "faded."
- Rick Ross as The Colonel: The boss of the chicken joint, who speaks in slow, menacing basso profundo about poultry.
- André 3000 (OutKast) as The Sun: Literally, the sun. He appears in the third act as a psychedelic, hippie diety telling everyone to chill out.
- Big Boi (OutKast) as The Police Chief: A frustrated authority figure trying to bring order.
- George Lowe (the voice of Space Ghost) as The Narrator.
