Fanuc 414 Servo Alarm Z Axis Detect Error [portable] -

The Fanuc 414 Servo Alarm is a critical error that indicates a digital servo system malfunction specifically related to the detection of the Z-axis. When this alarm appears, your CNC machine will typically enter a "Feed Hold" or emergency stop state to prevent mechanical damage.

The Fanuc 414 Servo Alarm on the Z-axis is a high-current detection error within the digital servo system. It signifies that the CNC control has detected abnormal current flow or a hardware fault related to the Z-axis servo amplifier, motor, or cabling. Because the Z-axis often carries the weight of a spindle or heavy tooling, this error can also be triggered by mechanical binding or counterweight failure. Understanding the 414 Alarm Signal

The Fanuc 414 Servo Alarm (Z Axis Detect Error) is a critical warning indicating that the CNC has detected an abnormal condition in the digital servo system for the Z-axis. This typically points to a high current (overcurrent) condition or a hardware fault in the amplifier, motor, or cabling. Understanding the Alarm fanuc 414 servo alarm z axis detect error

Power off the machine for 30 seconds, then restart.

: Locate the Z-axis amplifier in the electrical cabinet and check for codes like 8, 9, or A CNCpart.eu Common Causes for Z-Axis 414 Alarms Z-Axis Brake Failure The Fanuc 414 Servo Alarm is a critical

: Binding in the Z-axis ball screw, lack of lubrication, or mechanical obstruction causing the motor to draw excessive current to compensate Global Electronic Services Feedback Issues

Faulty Feedback Cable: A broken or frayed encoder cable is the most frequent cause. If the CNC cannot "see" where the motor is, it triggers a detection error. It signifies that the CNC control has detected

Alarm 8/9/A: These generally represent a high-current or short-circuit condition.

Lal Qitab Ke Vidyarthi

It is the matter of pleasure for the lovers of Lal Kitab that in order to continue the research on the profound study of Lal Kitab, the group called ‘Lal Qitab Ke Vidyarthi’ has been established. The sole purpose of this group is to propagate the knowledge of Lal Kitab in the mankind with proper awareness and implications.

As the name of the group suggests, all the members of this group are the students of Lal Kitab and will remain the same in the time to come.

This group was originated on 15th January, 2015. The credit for creating this group goes to Shri Haresh Pancholi Ji (Vidyarthi Lal Qitab) who is situated at Ahmedabad, Gujarat (India) and Shri Milkh Raj Baghla Ji who is situated at Chandigarh (from Fazilka), Punjab (India). The creation of this group is the result of their tireless efforts and thoughtfulness.

The prime and foremost objective of this group is to transliterate all the five parts of Lal Kitab into Hindi Script and to make it available to the people in general.

With this declaration, it is important for us to let you know that we do have the full respect for all the branches of Astrology and we never ever criticize any other branch of the Astrology. While keeping faith and respect for all the branches and scholars of the Astrology, we are working on the research work of the ‘Lal Kitab’.
