Updating your EVPAD firmware is usually done automatically over the air (OTA). However, if your device is stuck on the logo screen or failing to update, you may need to manually flash it.  Option 1: Automatic System Update (Recommended) 

• Clear cache: Settings → Storage → Cached Data → Clear.
• Free up space: Delete unused apps (need at least 2GB free).
• If OTA fails repeatedly, switch to the USB method.

• USB flash drive (8GB to 32GB, formatted to FAT32)
• Windows PC (for extracting files)
• Official firmware .img or .zip file for your exact model
• Flash tool: Rockchip Batch Tool (for Rockchip models) or Amlogic USB Burning Tool (for Amlogic models)
