Here is the fix:

  1. Open FL Studio 20.
  2. Go to Options (Top left) > Manage Plugins (Or press F10 and click the Plugin tab).
  3. In the Plugin Manager window, look at the left panel under "Plugin search paths."
  4. Click the folder icon (Add path) and navigate to the exact folder where you installed the Purity.dll file.
  5. Crucial: Click "Start scan" (the button with a magnifying glass).
  6. Wait for the scan to complete. Look for "Sonic Cat Purity" in the list.
  7. Ensure the "F" (Favourite) star is checked next to it.
  8. Close the Plugin Manager.
  9. Go to the Channel Rack > Click the "+" button (Add channel).
