Goal

Allow users to download a Prezi presentation directly from a shareable Prezi link (view-only or editable), exporting it into common formats for offline use.

• Prezi Present (the newer editor) — look for the “...” menu or “Share” / “Download” options; available export types depend on your plan.
• Prezi Classic — use the Download as Portable Prezi (.exe for Windows) or export to PDF if offered.
