Delphi Cars Amp Trucks 202110b Update 2022 Firmware 3201 Mhh Verified

This guide covers the installation of Delphi Cars & Trucks 2021.10b (released around March 2023) and updating to Firmware 3201, which is specifically optimized for single-board VCI hardware.  1. Preparation 

Phase 2 – Flashing Firmware 3201 to the VCI

1. Connect the VCI via USB (do not plug into vehicle yet).
2. Open Device Manager – confirm “Delphi USB Interface” appears under Ports (COM & LPT).
3. Run the Firmware_Updater_3201.exe (supplied in MHH pack).
4. Select COM port assigned to the VCI (typically COM3-COM6).
5. Click "Flash" – wait 60 seconds. The LED on VCI will flash red/green.
6. After success message, unplug VCI, wait 10 seconds, replug.
