Ariel Academy's Secret School Festival
The festival will take place on a Saturday evening, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Here's a rough outline of the event schedule:
- Oceanic Delights: Savor seafood-inspired snacks, such as fish-shaped sandwiches, seaweed-wrapped sushi, and ocean-blue cupcakes.
- Mermaid's Elixirs: Quench your thirst with enchanted drinks, like sparkling sea-salt lemonade, mermaid's kiss smoothies, and underwater-flavored teas.
- Saturday 14:00: The Battle of the Bands – The Semi-Finals.
- Saturday 19:00: The Ariel Masquerade Ball. (Masks required! They are sold at the entrance).
- Sunday 15:00: The Finale Play – The Secret of the Founder.
Zones & activities
- Main Stage — headliners, student bands, awards. Rent pro PA + lighting.
- Indie Corner — zines, small press, crafts, student stalls (tables + pop-up tents).
- Workshop Rooms — 30–60 minute hands-on sessions (limit 15–30 people).
- Gaming & Esports — consoles, LAN table, tournament bracket screen.
- Food & Chill — food trucks or campus vendors; seating and shade.
- Secret Rooms (themed) — rotating small experiences: escape micro-rooms, AR scavenger hunt, immersive theater.
- Kid & Family Area — craft tables, face painting, quieter schedule daytime.
- Info & First Aid — clearly signposted near main entrance.
